Talk therapy involves talking about your thoughts and your feelings. This is when you are ready to be vulnerable, ready to talk about the things you don't want to talk about.. releasing your suppressed emotions! YOU GET TO TALK!

The goals of talk therapy can vary depending on the individuals needs, enhancing communication skills, improving self expression, or building up the confidence to express yourself.

Talk therapy sessions can be conducted over the phone.  Sessions can be a one off session, a couple of sessions, a few sessions or several, depending on the individuals needs.

Overall, talk therapy can be a valuable tool for improving mental health and overall well-being. It provides a safe place and supportive environment for people to explore their thoughts and feelings, develop insight into their thought process, behavior and make positive changes in their lives.
